We would like to inform you of our annual network maintenance where we go through each networking gear and run operating system and security patch updates. These types of maintenance unfortunately do have intermittent outages.

Reason for Work: Upgrading the operating system and running security patches to insure the continued viability of our network.
Outages: We will do our best to minimize the length of network outages but if they do occur, please allow intermittent 15-30 minutes of network outages to happen. In worst case scenarios we will try to maximize the outage to 60 minutes long.

Description: Certified network architects will perform work on the entire Los Angeles network infrastructure. This maintenance will be performed in two stages. We would apply all OS upgrades and patches to the entire network infrastructure. Then preform a reboot of the core switch and routers first and then preform the reboots on all the top of rack switches for all of our services.
