Phase two of our network maintenance is now complete. We are now running on brand new redundant Juniper MX240 edge routers. They now provide us with additional features in higher performance reliability and an increased capacity for future growth.
During the maintenance, we suffered a 15-20 minutes network outage to customers who were being announced with China Telecom. We also suffered a 1-2 hours network outage to clients who were associated in using our IP Transit services. All of which were resolved in a timely manner. We thank you for those of you who went through the inconvenience and we deeply apologize for it.
